This summer, we had the privilege of hosting a UNESCO Open Dialogue on AI Ethics with a group of engaged young Canadians. The conversation focused on AI’s role in environmental sustainability and each of these young leaders shared valuable insights.
UNESCO’s report on the global Open Dialogue series is now published and some our participants’ policy proposals for climate and land justice for First Nations, Inuit and Métis communities in Canada, and other Indigenous communities globally, are detailed on page 41 (and if you look closely, you might recognize some familiar KCJ faces on page 68!).
